How is a bike packed for intercity transport?

Fuel is brought to a safe level, mirrors/levers are padded, the body is wrapped, and the bike is secured inside a wooden or reinforced crate. The crate rides with the household consignment or as standalone cargo.

What does bike transport typically cost?

It depends on your inventory, floors, lift access, packing level and distance. We run a free survey (video or doorstep) and then confirm an itemised written quote — no advance is needed to book.

Do I need to empty the fuel tank?

Not fully — keep it around a quarter tank or less, which is the safe-transport convention for crated vehicles. We'll confirm at pickup; the condition report notes the fuel level.

Which documents are needed for bike transport?

RC copy and owner ID at pickup; interstate consignment documentation is handled by us. The owner or an authorised person countersigns the condition report at both ends.
