What we collect

When you request a quote or book a move: your name, phone number, pickup and destination cities, home size and move date. When you browse: standard analytics (pages visited, approximate device type) and advertising attribution parameters from the link you clicked (e.g. gclid, UTM tags), stored in your browser's session storage and submitted with the form so we can understand which channel introduced you to us.

What we use it for

• Responding to your quote request and executing your move.
• Issuing quotes, invoices and claims documentation (GST compliance requires some retention).
• Measuring advertising effectiveness — including, where you submit a form, sharing hashed contact details with Google Ads (enhanced conversions) so sign-ups can be attributed to campaigns.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your phone number or move details to anyone.
• Spam-call you. You contacted us about a move; that's the conversation we have.
• Retain lead data indefinitely — quote requests that don't become bookings are purged on a rolling 12-month basis.

Processors we use

Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection via Turnstile), Google (analytics and ads measurement), email delivery and lead-routing providers used to respond to you, and WhatsApp where you choose that channel. Each processes data under its own terms for the purpose above.

Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)

You may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for marketing contact at any time, by writing to [email protected]. Grievances escalate to our nominated contact at the same address; we respond within 7 days.
